About this program
The Home Visiting Research, Improvement, Sustainability and Evaluation (HV-RISE) Center will improve the quality of home visiting services and outcomes for families by helping home visiting programs use research to improve practice, test small scale improvements, and expand what works.

For profit organizations other than small businesses; Private institutions of higher education; State governments; Public and State controlled institutions of higher education; Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized); County governments; Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education; Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education; Small businesses; Others (see text field entitled "Additional Information on Eligibility" for clarification); City or township governments; Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments); Special district governments; Independent school districts. "Domestic" means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau.
