About this program

The Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) - Community Systems Development provides funding to communities in rural areas to develop and/or expand behavioral health systems of care through formalized networks that expand operational and clinical service capacity regionally through coordinated implementation of evidence-based SUD prevention, treatment, recovery, and related services.

Who can apply

Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education; Unrestricted (i.e., open to any type of entity above), subject to any clarification in text field entitled "Additional Information on Eligibility"; For profit organizations other than small businesses; Public and State controlled institutions of higher education; State governments; Special district governments; Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments); Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education; Private institutions of higher education; Independent school districts; Small businesses; Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized); Public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities; City or township governments; County governments. You can apply if you are a domestic public or private, non-profit or for-profit entity. "Domestic" means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau.
