It does so through grants to technology-based start-up companies founded by students from eligible institutions located in the Baltimore-Columbia-Towson Metropolitan Statistical Area.EligibilityFounder(s) from eligible institutions owning 50% or more of a technology-based company* at time of award*Technology-based companies commercialize proprietary technology.
