About this program
Provides direct funding from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative Operating Plan for the purchase and installation of cold-climate air source and ground source heat pumps in eligible new construction residential projects across New York State for projects that are less than 50,000 square feet in size. Supports the shift to high-performance, all-electric space conditioning to advance clean energy innovation and deliver healthier, more resilient, more efficient homes to New Yorkers.
