{"id":246,"date":"2012-12-19T08:34:12","date_gmt":"2012-12-19T08:34:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ausgrant.com.au\/?page_id=246"},"modified":"2016-02-29T11:54:48","modified_gmt":"2016-02-29T11:54:48","slug":"business-and-industry-transformation-incentives-biti","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ausgrant.com\/au\/business-and-industry-transformation-incentives-biti\/","title":{"rendered":"Business and Industry Transformation Incentives (BITI)"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong>Who for?<\/strong> Queensland businesses with growth potential and looking to undertake projects that are highly innovative or that have the potential to transform their industry.<\/li>\n<li><strong>What for?<\/strong> Just about any project associated with innovation, increasing productivity, export growth or building regional business &#8211; but not for planning activities, feasibility studies, individual product promotion, provision of working capital or routine operating costs.<\/li>\n<li><strong> How much?<\/strong> Incentives of between $30,000 and $250,000, but businesses that receive grants are required to contribute at least an amount equal to the project.<\/li>\n<li><strong>When does it close?<\/strong> Five funding rounds are conducted throughout year.<\/li>\n<li><strong>We say:<\/strong> The Queensland Government talks about wanting to become the &#8220;smart state&#8221;, and with this program it puts its money where its mouth is. Big dollars, but the requirement to supply matched funding means it is more appropriate for more established businesses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We will work with the Brisbane office of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.swansonreed.com.au\">Swanson Reed<\/a>\u00a0to submit the relevant documentation\u00a0to Queensland Government.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Who for?
